Feedback and contact details
Users may notify the provider of any instances of non-compliance with accessibility requirements, or request information and content that has been excluded from the scope of the Directive.
Despite the care taken in creating the website, the daily updates and regular checks, it cannot be ruled out with certainty that one or more elements may not be fully accessible to certain categories of users. In such cases, you can report any difficulties encountered or request information and content that falls outside the scope of the directive by writing to the official email address. Reports are reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.
